GB3 Elite Athletics was founded with a simple but powerful mission: to develop athletes the right way. What started as a passion for the game and a desire to create our own place—where both our children and our baseball teams could grow and develop—quickly became something bigger. GB3 was built as a family-oriented environment rooted in hard work, accountability, and elite instruction. In addition to long-term development, one of our core missions is preparing players to confidently compete at the high school level by teaching the fundamentals, baseball IQ, and mental approach required for the next stage of the game. We created this program to be more than just a team, offering professional training, structured development, and a culture that emphasizes character, discipline, and growth both on and off the field. From day one, our focus has been on building confident, prepared athletes while fostering a competitive atmosphere that feels like family.

Our coaches are more than instructors—they’re passionate mentors who truly love the game of baseball and the players they train. Each coach is deeply invested in the growth, confidence, and long-term progress of every athlete, on and off the field. They bring energy, experience, and a genuine commitment to helping players develop their skills, reach their potential, and build a strong foundation for success in baseball and beyond.

Josh Grammer

Head Coach

Founder and head coach of GB3 Elite Athletics, bringing a lifetime of experience, leadership, and passion for the game to the program. Josh played baseball from a young age through his high school years, building a strong foundation in the fundamentals and competitive nature of the sport. He has spent the past 10 years coaching athletes ranging from age 7 through the high school level, with a focus on player development, accountability, and preparing athletes for the next stage of the game. In addition to coaching, Josh officiated baseball, softball and other sports for over 15 years, giving him a well-rounded understanding of the game from multiple perspectives. Josh also believes that no one person has all the answers, which is why he has intentionally built a strong team of knowledgeable coaches around him to ensure players receive well-rounded, high-quality instruction. With 23 years of experience in the collision industry, Josh brings structure, discipline, and professionalism to everything he does. Above all, he is a devoted husband and father to three boys, and he leads GB3 with the same family-first mindset that inspired the program’s creation.
